I'm very happy with Diane's products and professional, friendly service. My son is a very visual learner and the weekly visual planner is very helpful. He has a need to know what is happening every day or when a special event is coming up and now he can refer to the weekly planning board instead of constantly asking me and it keeps him on track with his chores and tasks. The step by step cookbook will be a great aide in helping him achieve more independence in the kitchen. Dianne was also able to suggest some useful learning apps to further assist my son and I highly recommend her services and products.

The process was easy, and you responded very quickly and were flexible with my child's requirements.
It was nice for my daughter to help pick the images she connected with whilst creating her own weekly timetable,
it means she will use the boards frequently for daily activities and schedules.
The All about me book especially was helpful for staff and service providers to understand my autistic daughter in depth using easy to understand language.
I think Diane's services are valuable for any one who has a disability young and old as it provides stability reassurance
and calms the anxiety knowing what's planned for the day or week or even food shopping.
The recipe book we ordered was catered to my daughters needs and likes as she is a fussy eater.
The recipes were easy to understand and follow making dinner time more fun whilst teaching independence.

I've recently been working with two different clients, who've both benefited from Di's passion, experience and expertise. As a support worker meeting a new client for the first time, the "About Me" info sheets are an amazing resource. Having a list of interests, likes and dislikes make it much easier to get to know a new client.
Di has also assisted my clients to access and install apps to help increase their independence.

Our son was about to start school and we hadn’t finished all his visual schedules and school supports.
Diane came highly recommended by a close friend and did a great job. She explained possible options very well, shared ideas on supporting apps and was also open to creating new supports based on our son’s needs.
The turnaround was amazing, we had all the supports 3 days after our initial discussion. School could come.
We really see the difference the supports make in our lives. The mornings are more relaxed as we get our son easier back on track. At school, they help him remain calm as he knows what is expected of him.

Di has recently made an All About Me book and a Chat Book for our son. Today he used the Chat Book when meeting a new Support Worker and it prompted a two-way conversation between them- exactly what we wanted it to do. At the initial home visit, Di listened carefully to what type of communication aid our son required and within a week produced professional, high-quality products that will make his life so much easier.
It is wonderful to have met someone who “gets it”.
